1. What exactly do I get after paying for the trip-planning service?

You will receive a fully customized travel plan based on your preferences, including: - Day-by-day itinerary - Recommended attractions, activities, and routes - Local restaurant suggestions - Transportation tips - Tickets and reservation guidance - A ready-to-use map (Google Maps / Amap marked version) - Direct WhatsApp support for questions Your planner will reach out to you on WhatsApp shortly after your purchase.

2. How long does it take to receive my travel plan?

Usually 24 hours. For multi day itineraries, it may take up to 48 hours. If you need something urgently, message us on WhatsApp—we can prioritize your request.

3. Do I need to know Chinese to travel in China?

Not at all! Our service is built specifically for travelers who don’t speak Chinese. We provide: - English names - Address in both English and Chinese - Call Taxi for you(not in base plan) - Rental Services if possible (not in base plan) - Ticket purchases(not in base plan) - Reservations(not in base plan) - Restaurant recommendation/must try food with English notes - Assistance via WhatsApp at any time You’ll be totally fine traveling without speaking the language.

4. I don’t know my exact dates yet. Can I still purchase?

Yes! You can buy now and redeem the service anytime in the future. Just send us your order number on WhatsApp when you're ready to plan.

5. What if my plans change after receiving the itinerary?

We provide one free revision, including: - Changing dates - Adjusting pace - Updating restaurant or activity preferences After that, additional revisions are available with a small fee.

6. Can I get a refund?

If we haven’t started working on your itinerary yet, you may request a full refund(it may take some time usually within a week). Once we begin planning, refunds are no longer available since the service is customized and manually completed.
